Tommy's reaction when I asked him what I could do to change this at all, if it needed any changing was "Yeah! Make it more often!" I thought he was joking, until the next day he called me and asked me if I could make it again for dinner... Seriously? They're good, but I like a little change in my life, and in my kitchen.
