Pizza Balls

These were very popular with the guys and my daughter who loves pizza. So simple to make with a few ingredients, and 30 minutes later, dinner was ready!

Ingredients:
3 cans of Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits (10 per can)
1 block of Colby Jack Cheese
~56 slices of pepperoni (you know, the little slices that come pre-packaged?)
1 egg (beaten)
Garlic Powder
Italian Seasoning
Parmesan Cheese

I prepped all the ingredients first and then set the oven to 425 to preheat while I put the rolls together.
Flatten out each "biscuit" and fill with 1 slice of pepperoni on each side of a slice of cheese. (So, we have bottom to top, biscuit-pepperoni-cheese-pepperoni.)
My cheese slices were a little to big, so it leaked out a little bit. It shouldn't have to happen, but the guys weren't complaining, at all!
Fold the sides up and press together, at this point, it will look like this:

Flip them over and lay them in a greased 9x13 in pan. It will fit 28 rolls, so squeeze them together.
Brush with the beaten egg, and top with garlic powder, italian seasoning and parmesan cheese:

Alright, they're ready to go! In the oven for 18-20 minutes... and you're ready to eat. Use some homemade marinara sauce or a jar if you don't have any handy. I enjoyed a couple of these without pepperoni on the side of a tasty salad.
